The DEADLIFT

This is one of the most neglected of all the movements in the gym. It is a full posterior chain (back of the body) and core exercise that will create a lot of positive damage to the body and have your heart rate up before you know it. This movement is essential to our everyday lives and it can be difficult to execute, however here at the Supremacy Forge everyone will be shown how to do this correctly.

THE BENCH PRESS

This is taught as an upper body movement yet has similarities to the other two big movements, in that it requires a lot of work on technique and our feet being grounded, giving us the ability to force generate through the floor. Of the three, benching is the most common used by men and in actual fact is the one we see being
performed wrong the most.

THE SQUAT

This is the most difficult of all movements to teach someone in the gym. An all over body exercise that is mainly used to train the lower body, but if performed properly has an amazing effect on all the major muscle groups in our legs and core. It takes a lot of time to master, but once you have it’s a great tool to have in your workouts.
